Job Title: BakerBakers Delight Horsham is seeking a motivated and committed Qualified Baker to join our friendly and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be available to start work early in the mornings and be available 24/7, including public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and produce high-quality bakery products as per Bakers Delight standardsWeigh flour and other ingredients to prepare doughOperate machines and tools to prepare bakery productsDecorate cakes with glazes, icing, butter-cream, and edible toppingsPrepare pastry fillingsCoordinate the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning, and cooling of batches of bread, rolls, and pastry productsGlaze buns and pastriesMaintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and premisesMonitor oven temperatures and product appearances to determine baking timesRequirements:AQF Certificate IV or higher Australian standard qualificationsIn absence of formal qualifications, at least 3 years or more verifiable work experience as a BakerFlexible availability to work across the 7 days of the week, including some public holidays, starting times can be as early as 2amAbility to be on your feet for most of the day and some level of manual handlingAbility to work under pressure and within time constraintsPassion, punctuality, reliability, and good organisation skillsSalary:$65,000 to $75,000 per year plus Superannuation
