Baker

Position: Baker (Bakery Section)Hourly Rate: $30/hour
O Bagel are seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our bakery team, specifically focusing on the production of bagels.
This role involves overseeing the entire process of bagel-making, from preparing the dough to shaping the bagels and baking them to perfection using our ovens.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing dough according to established recipes and standards
Shaping and forming bagels consistently and accurately
Monitoring the baking process to ensure high-quality results
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
Collaborating with the team to meet daily production targets

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery environment
Experience in bagel-making or bread production is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience with bakery equipment, including ovens and dough mixers, is preferred
