Front of House Supervisor Baker Bleu, Double Bay, Sydney Baker Bleu is currently seeking a Front of House Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive environment to grow our busy team.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day front of house operations, including managing staff and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere. Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently upheld. Train and supervise front of house staff, providing guidance and support. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the front of house area. Manage inventory and assist in placing orders for front of house supplies. Uphold and enforce health and safety standards to create a safe and welcoming environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hospitality setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of bakery products and a passion for the culinary industry.
