This role comes at an exciting time for our WA business as we have just moved into our brand-new distribution facility in Forrestdale.
Who are we looking for? The role would suit a person who would love to manage their own territory and assist us in continuing to be at the forefront of our markets. We are looking for a candidate with the following attributes:

Results driven and excited to continue to grow. Passion you have for the rural, pet or equine industry. Enjoys travelling around Western Australia (including a mixture of day trips and overnight stays for longer sales runs). Excellent presentation in face-to-face situations, phone manner and representing the business at industry events. A true passion for retail that includes merchandising and supporting our customers in store to ensure our products/marketing are well displayed and showcasing what we offer to decision makers. About the role: You would be joining a close knit, enthusiastic team that takes pride in what they do and work together to deliver our customers great service. Other keys points about this role include:
Majority of your time will comprise of visiting customers in store across Western Australia Supporting your customers remotely with a high level of customer service Developing and building relationships with a high level of customer service and support. Providing training and education to our retail partners. Reporting sales and customer visits via our easy-to-use CRM program. Work within a small team to develop new plans to drive strategy and future growth of the business. Planning, developing, and executing an annual sales strategy in your territory to grow our market share. Achieving agreed sales and business targets. Support from our Perth office/warehouse team plus our Queensland head office and innovative marketing team. Flexible work arrangement depending on you home location. WFH 1 day per week or from our new Forrestdale office. Maintained company Ute. Mobile, Tablet, Laptop and Credit Card. Experience Required: Experience in managing customer accounts and sales cycles preferred. A knowledge of the rural, pet, equine or hardware sectors would be an advantage. Presentation skills, such as driving power-point presentations, sales reports interpretation, online communication methods and training. Our new Territory Sales Manager will be provided with a thorough on boarding process and further training relevant to their skills.
