Baiada Group is looking for a Maintenance Compliance Coordinator located in Tamworth NSW.

Responsible for the effective planning and coordination of maintenance tasks across the business. Key focus areas include the development, implementation and audit validation of preventative maintenance systems; managing maintenance costs within set budgets and ensuring tasks are delivered with minimal risk to the business including ensuring upholding all Baiada compliance standards. Managing projects to drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Key support person to the Asset Compliance Manager. Support the site maintenance and compliance teams by assessing and assisting with the setup, training, adherence and ongoing maintenance of any/all relevant assets. Collaborate with Site Managers and Site Maintenance Managers to ensure maintenance management systems and processes are fit for the business operations and equipment. Project manage maintenance system development projects as necessary. Liaise with internal management teams and external suppliers/contractors/engineers where necessary fostering strong relationships. Provide escalated support, problem identification and resolution expertise to meet Baiada agreements. Provide proactive operationalsupport to Maintenance Team with a specialist understanding of key business rules. Identification and escalation of emerging risks and change management support needs. Provide relevant information to key stakeholders for reporting purposes. Inspection of the physical work to ensure full compliance. Ensure the highest possible standard of maintenance is maintained at all times and environmental, WHS policies are adhered to. Validation of implemented systems and processes via regular audits. Analysis of results and trends to drive continual improvement. Prepare contractor safety reports as required. Create detailed management reports as required Maintain accurate records. Other duties as required. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical discipline preferred. Experience in auditing compliance to internal and external policies, systems, processes and standards. Exposure to Management systems, activities, standards, policies and procedures to achieve compliance. Experience in preventative maintenance. Scheduling and planning experience. Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel, Autocad, Word platforms. Experience in CMMS system / MEX highly regarded. Proven adaptability, flexibility and responsiveness to accommodate change and to meet business needs. Certificate qualification in training and assessment. Experience in fast paced manufacturing or processing environments. Ability to develop monitoring and or measurement tools to verify performance of systems. Personal Attributes Required: Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident of Australia. Ability to travel away from home for short periods frequently. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to arrive at, and implement, long term preventative actions and plans. Exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and drive for continual improvement.
