We are looking for 2 motivated and conscientious individuals to join our business as Accounts Payable Officers in Beresfield. We have (1) full-time permanent and (1) 6-12-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidates will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Manager.
Key Responsibilities Experience in high volume Accounts Payable processing End to End Accounts Payable process Supplier statement reconciliations Able to handle tight deadlines each month Other ad hoc duties as required Strong team player Skills & Experience 2 years of accounts payable experience (foreign currency transactions an advantage but not required) Knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Accuracy & analytical skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure in high volume periods Please note: Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
