Bag Loving Flagship Store Manager

Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time Crumpler is a manufacturer and retailer of bags and outerwear with our factory in Melbourne City and 5 stores in Australia, 1 in Singapore and 2 in KL.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic retailer to manage and work in our flagship Melbourne CBD store on busy Little Bourke St.
The standalone building has ground floor retail and a repair workshop soon to be opened on level 1.
As a design-led company, this bag emporium in our hometown is a standout for the company's success and a much-loved destination for customers and fellow bag buffs from all over the world.
You will set the scene in the store bringing relaxed and knowledgeable skills, creative merchandising, and a fun and supportive environment for staff.
You will bring well-considered ideas and initiatives to make bag buying easier and more enjoyable for all.
This is a retail management position on the floor - not an office job - however, with the right candidate, we'd like to consider some additional national influence alongside our small management team working 1 block away.
