For one of our clients – a company offering products and services in the BPO field. We are looking for analytical, focused and challenge-ready individuals for the role of Backoffice Analyst with French and English ( work from Sofia/Bulgaria – relocation support). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing content and striving to identify content that violates set guidelines
Researching protentional violating content and making a careful estimation
Following content patterns and spotting rising trends
Keeping the feedback loop closed by reporting regularly to higher-ups
Updating on internal policies regularly and implementing changes into the work
Requirements: ?Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
Attentive to detail and able to focus for extended periods of time
?Objective approach and good analysis skills
Active interest in current events and pop-culture, plus strong time management skills
Ready to work in an everchanging, fast-paced work environment
Available to work on night shifts.
