Seeking a naturally curious, highly skilled, experienced software engineer who loves learning, sharing knowledge and getting involved in system design. The ideal candidate enjoys keeping up to date with latest libraries, frameworks and technologies, balancing early adoption with system stability. The candidate will be experienced in optimising system performance across large interconnected distributed event-driven systems, keeping in mind maintainability and supportability. They will strive to improve the developer experience through automation and streamlining not only through CI/CD pipelines but also meaningful testing.You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team responsible for post trade, reporting and cross-business software development. The role involves working directly with business functions across the firm and senior management to understand requirements, design and implement solutions.
