About the role
B&Co Projects is a growing residential construction company looking for a Project Manager (PM) / Contract Administrator (CA) to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria. As a PM / CA, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of a variety of residential construction projects. This full-time position will require you to work across various projects within our custom-home business, utilising your sound knowledge, leadership and client-facing skills.
What you'll be doing Collaborating with clients, contractors and stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver projects on time and within budget Working closely with the directors, you will assist in the preparation and administration of construction contracts, including monitoring progress, variations and claims Assisting with estimating and system implementation Providing technical advice and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and regulations Maintaining detailed project documentation and reporting on progress to key stakeholders Supporting the ongoing development of project management systems and processes What we're looking for Extensive experience (8+ years) in the construction industry, either as a carpenter or PM with a good understanding of construction quality. It is preferred that you have some PM or CA experience but it is not essential. Sound computer literacy skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships Tertiary qualification in PM or CA would be advantageous but we are willing to train the right person, coming off tools, who is looking to expand their skillset.
