In this key 'New Business Development' role you'll be on the road and the face of our company, bringing innovative green energy solutions to businesses across the Gippsland region. What You'll Do: Hit the road and engage with business owners and decision-makers in rural communities Provide products for businesses that are often no cost to them - that's right, we give away free products!! Your sales target is made up of how many free products you give away to businesses each month Achieve and exceed sales targets with hunger and determination What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience A natural people person with a genuine interest in rural communities Strong ability to build rapport quickly and connect Self-starter mentality with a hunger for results and personal growth Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain solutions simply Adaptability is a must in this game as Government directed initiatives can shift and change Reliability and the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team Background in the energy sector will be viewed favourably Why Join Us?
