This is an office based (Cardiff) Full-Time position (Salary up to £25k + Commission).
We are seeking a proactive and talented Outbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team in Cardiff.
Your role will be vital in driving the growth of our organization, leveraging our extensive range of products and services.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying, cultivating, and managing new business opportunities, alongside managing and growing existing accounts.
Role Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities on the phone, networking within your customer base, and utilising social media platforms.
Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, anticipating future needs, suggesting solutions, and building relationships of trust.
Activity and Productivity: Engage with prospective clients and existing customers regularly to ensure a continuous stream of new client acquisitions.
Effective Communication: Communicate with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, with clarity, courtesy, and professionalism.
Internal Networking and Collaboration: Establish strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to customers.
