What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Strategy and Briefing Develop growth strategy initiatives and experiments in collaboration with Product Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to extract key insights. Prioritise initiatives based on potential impact and liaise with channel leads to understand the best activation methods on each channel. Translate growth strategies into clear executional briefs and collaborate with Content Specialists to refine content deliverables for each brief. Experimentation and Innovation Define and refine a standardised campaign calendar and growth experiment framework across relevant marketing channels. Innovate new approaches for reaching goals through growth experimentation, creating a roadmap of marketing growth experiments. Align marketing growth experiments with product growth experiments by collaborating with Product Growth, performance marketing, and sales teams. Prioritise experiments based on impact, optimise learnings and ROI, and brief Marketing counterparts for execution. Introduce innovative tools and processes to scale strategies effectively. Operational Excellence Establish infrastructure, tooling, and playbooks to empower channel teams to deliver experiments at scale. Act as a liaison between motion teams and MarTech to ensure clarity on the Ops roadmap and adequate resourcing. Secure budget for tooling and operations. Data & Reporting Collaborate closely with the data team to evolve the attribution model and partner with Data Analytics to proactively drive impact. Build foundations for a proactive approach to impact-driving initiatives in partnership with Data Analytics. You're probably a match if You possess experience working in growth strategy or growth marketing roles, particularly for B2B audiences and SaaS products. You have a strong understanding of different marketing channels (including Performance Marketing (Paid Social, PPC, Display), Review Sites, Landing Pages, SEO, Sales Enablement, and Educational Content), what their role is, and available formats to produce. You have the ability to manage a large budget and make spend optimizations based on performance. You possess experience reporting on channel impact across B2B metrics such as leads, pipeline, and ARR. You have experience in writing strong strategic briefs based on insights, with clear executional direction on what's required to deliver. You are confident working with a range of senior stakeholders across teams. You are passionate about using data to inform and improve programs of work. About the team Canva's B2B growth marketing team is on a mission to help organisations achieve their goals and grow with Canva. Our goal is to become a widely loved and used workplace product across the globe. As part of that mission, we're focused on driving awareness for Canva as an all-in-one workplace design tool, launching our new Canva Enterprise product, and we're responsible for the acquisition, adoption, and expansion of workplace teams onto Canva. We do this by identifying areas of high impact, building growth strategies, and launching experiments across our GTM motions. We specialise across all marketing channels, and we embed our hypotheses with data and insights to drive clear business value.
