Location: Melbourne, Australia
Are you a seasoned eCommerce leader with a passion for driving digital transformation? We are seeking an experienced B2B Digital Strategy Manager to join our client based in Melbourne on a permanent basis. As a key player in the organisation, you will be responsible for delivering an end-to-end digital strategy to maximize customer engagement and value, with a focus on managing the B2B website and optimizing the user experience using SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
Seamless Support and Continuous Improvement:
Utilize SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud to enhance online sales and customer experience, ensuring a seamless journey for B2B partners.Lead a high-performing team to optimize digital capabilities and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve our platforms.Identify operational efficiencies and elevate the overall customer experience in collaboration with the wholesale team.Elevate Customer Experience Excellence:
Orchestrate an exceptional eCommerce partner experience across platforms and technologies.Integrate customer experience seamlessly into project design phases and new product ideation.Identify opportunities for elevated service delivery through online channels, leveraging social media and mobile apps to optimize the customer journey.Maximize Portfolio Value for Shareholders:
Execute the B2B eCommerce component of the Wholesale Strategy, driving growth in the P&L.Develop a roadmap to optimize the website, increase conversion rates, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and supplier funding.Define and package digital commercial opportunities in collaboration with the Wholesale team.Provide digital thought leadership to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Collaborate with wholesale teams to evolve customer engagement strategies based on market research and insights.Develop business cases for new product pilot projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and budgets.Digital Thought Leadership:
Lead the Wholesale digital transformation, collaborating across functions to drive technology initiatives.Serve as an advisor and influencer to internal stakeholders, ensuring optimal P&L outcomes.Manage and deliver projects according to the companies methodology, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource management.Build and Nurture a Highly Engaged Team:
Develop and manage the team, setting standards and procedures for consistent project delivery.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to contribute new ideas and ways of working.Ensure effective resource allocation and ongoing plans for delivery activities.Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years' experience as an eCommerce leader, with a track record of driving innovative B2B eCommerce strategies.Strong project management skills and experience in agile methodology.Demonstrated commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and P&L management.Proven ability to solve problems, manage change, communicate effectively, think strategically, and drive innovation.High-level financial management skills, including P&L management and activity-based costing.If you're ready to take on a challenging role that combines digital strategy, eCommerce leadership, and SAP Hybris Commerce expertise, apply now to join This dynamic team in Melbourne and drive their B2B digital transformation to new heights!
