The Opportunity: Join the B2 B Customer Support Representative team and find true work / life balance in this fully remote opportunity. Liaising with Komatsu's largest clients, primarily in a B2 B piece parts ordering and supply capacity, you will nurture and grow existing relationships, whilst delivering ongoing improvements and efficiencies in the delivery of customer parts sales. Working mostly autonomously within an online team, you will have the opportunity to self-select tasks, which will be managed independently, using available tools and work instructions. Roster: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week, rostered between 0700 and 1900. Role Located: Australia, all locations (fully remote). Komatsu parts knowledge highly advantageous. Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite, including teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively using available tools. Strong time management and self-motivation skills. Ability to form team relationships within an online forum.
