The Role Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for creating impactful B2B campaigns? Global Payments Oceania (AU/NZ) is looking for an innovative B2B Campaign Manager to join our team and help drive lead generation for our leading Australian payments brands, Ezidebit and Eway.
As part of a dynamic marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with our sales and partnership teams to create a suite of marketing assets that empower our Integrated Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive customer acquisition and awareness. This role will give you the opportunity to work on exciting projects like rebranding, martech transformation, and direct marketing strategy, all while taking on the challenge of generating demand in a B2B2C sales model.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the partnership team to understand strategic partners, their objectives, and customer base;Review and enhance the customer journey, recommending reusable templated assets across channels;Develop content and marketing assets for multiple channels including webinars, videos, web pages, digital assets, social media, and sales presentations;Optimise lead-to-conversion communications and processes in partnership with the sales team;Work with partner marketing teams to create joint value propositions that position our brands as the payment solution of choice;Develop and implement a partner-centric nurture program to keep engagement high and establish thought leadership;Lead the project management of customer communications for existing merchants.About you You're a strong communicator with a talent for uniting teams. You excel at crafting engaging content across multiple platforms and consistently seek ways to streamline processes. Data-driven in your decision-making, you're always looking for opportunities to optimise campaigns and enhance performance.
You will also bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline;5+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally with software products;Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive lead generation;Strong analytical skills with the ability to review performance results and make data-driven recommendations;Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software;Exceptional time management, organisational, and communication skills.Please note this is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave contract.
