As a Sales Operation Executive in our Operation team, you will understand how to manage the lead processes and correctly input this data in our CRM system.
This will be a split Account Manager/Administrative role which will require a good level of attention to detail to ensure all data and information is checked before entering.
Day to day you will work collaboratively to support the Sales Operation team in the UK and the Nordics with data administration, data entry and processing Sales Leads into our CRM, Salesforce.
The role will also require looking after existing clients on our database, nurturing relationships, upselling/cross-selling business, and generating more sales.
To support you in being successful in your role, you will be given relevant product training as well as in-depth training on the CRM system we use to run our sales organisation and the processes which manage the effectiveness of the Sales team's activity.
What are we looking for?The ideal candidate will come from an Account Manager/Sales/Administrative background.Good initiative, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy.Enjoy speaking to clients/customers with the skillset to upsell/cross-sell and extract relevant information.Live chat experience would be beneficial.You will also have an excellent level of concentration, with the ability to stay organised and prioritise workloads.Experience working with a CRM system involving accurate data capture is highly desirable.What's in it for you?Our benefits include hybrid & flexible working, birthday leave, professional subscription, and much more.
