Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Ayme Staffing is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our client's team based in Bathurst, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the region.
About the role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including both residential and commercial listings.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance. Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service. Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Property Manager. Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to renew/obtain). Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in property management software. Valid driver's licence. How to Apply
