About the role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including both residential and commercial listings.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance. Liaise with landlords and tenants, ensuring exceptional service. Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Property Manager. Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to renew/obtain). Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
