Founded in 2017, Axis Mineral Services Pty Ltd ('Axis') specialise in crushing & ore sorting services for all requirements in Mining, Milling, Processing and Civil applications. Axis are currently running crushing circuits, ROM Management and general site works operations across a number of projects in the Goldfields regions, within the Mining and Civil Construction sectors.
We are seeking an intermediate experienced Kalgoorlie local Warehouse Lead to join our rapidly growing business, in our Kalgoorlie Yard warehouse.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role will be responsible for, but not limited to: Safely operate a forklift to receive, store, pack, and dispatch warehouse goods; Updating warehousing inventory system to enable accurate visibility of stock levels; Picking, packing orders ready for delivery and dispatch to our project sites located across the Goldfields; Making deliveries and collecting items from various locations as required; Participating in regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels and monitor for stock shortages or discrepancies; Following instructions and ensure regular flow of inventory to meet adequate and appropriate supply as per company guidelines; Receiving, recording, and organizing stock for tools, spare parts, and consumables; Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in the warehouse; and Performing general warehouse duties as required. We would love to talk to you if you: Live in Kalgoorlie or surrounding areas; Have a current WA drivers licence; Have a forklift ticket and at least 1+ years' experience operating a forklift in a warehouse/stores environment; Experience using Microsoft Office suite; Certification in Warehousing or equivalent; Have the ability to work autonomously; Have experience working with MEX or other inventory / warehouse systems, advantageous but not essential; Have exceptional attention to detail and initiative; Have the ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines; and Are motivated and reflect a positive attitude.
