You will be the main person sifting out and highlighting valuable information and trends from the various business processes and tools to support the Oceania Regional Director and National Sales Manager manage and strategize the business. As the regional owner of business processes and analysis and the system tools, of the Channel Partner Program (CPP) throughout the Oceania region, you enjoy working collaboratively with the local sales team including Distribution Account Managers (DAM), Insides Sales Account Managers (ISAM), Key Account Managers (KAM) as well as Sales Operation team to support the long-term sustainable growth of our distributors & channel partners across the region.
This role is based out of our Award-winning Melbourne office . The role will have a requirement to travel domestically with some international travel to Singapore and our global HQ in Sweden. Occasionally, you may need to participate in collaboration calls with our HQ and the Americas team.
Key Responsibilities Reporting / Business Review
Review with RD/CSM/DAM on sales forecast & pipeline management Support on annual strategic planning and relevant KPI & performance monitoring Support/prepare RD for monthly/quarterly business meeting package Provide analytical guidance on business unit activities and assist in providing dashboards, operational business insights, and commentary on variances and key performance drivers for channel development & distributor performance measurement Perform analysis of sales reports and sales follow-up and consolidate monthly revenue reports submitted by the sales team Support quarterly partner performance review Operations
Work closely with the sales team on demand planning (Enterprise Sales Projects) Oceania CRM/Salesforce champion to support across the region for different functions Manage the project pricing process by educating and handling the operational implementation of pricing decisions in Salesforce system. Work in collaboration with the sales organization to manage and control projects and delivery accuracy to ensure correct reporting. Work closely with DAM on Channel inventory management for Distributors Other business-related areas
Assist in areas of process improvement Understand UPOS process to provide in-depth analysis of the region Operational and administration matters Any other ad hoc duties assigned Qualification and Experience Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Accounting or Finance related Working knowledge in the area of relevance with a minimum of 5 years of work experience Experience with MNCs in the high-tech industry will be an advantage. Experience from partnering with businesses on a global level with cultural awareness. Important skills, abilities, knowledge for this role Sound Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills. A bonus point if you know the BI tools like Qlik. Fluent in English The ability to make effective presentations to all levels of people including Axis corporate management. You possess strong organizational and communications skills, a high level of self-initiative and motivation, and excel as a team player. Type of Employment Permanent Employment
