AWS is looking for world class candidates to develop relationships and manage the success of our Consultant Partners and Technology Partners for multi-cloud business development and sales across global.
Key job responsibilitiesAs an AWS Training Partner Manager (ATPM) within AWS, you will manage the training business development growth by recruiting, enabling, developing and co-selling with APN partners by providing training solutions, aiming to enable APN's customers with more cloud skill proficiency through blended/customized training products.
You will help APN partners on their business growth and cloud transformation by taking customer training as an upstream driver, enabling APN's customers for cloud skill proficiency and management confidence, evangelizing our strategy and technology, building mind share and growing the market adoption of the AWS technology.
The key responsibilities include owning the AWS-Training Partner relationship management and driving the transformation of partner business while working with all AWS teams together for large-scale business development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong partner management or ecosystem development background, with rich know-how in helping customers succeed in their cloud journey with the partner ecosystem.
They should have the capability to build partners/ecosystem to engage closely with partner executives, enabling them to easily interact and engage with partners and customers at the execution and operation level.
A demonstrated ability to think and build a systematic and strategic way to scale out communication and enablement on a large scale, along with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, is required.
The position also requires strong communication skills and knowledge of the cloud service landscape.
A day in the lifeThis is a customer-facing role.
You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed.
About the teamSales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector.
The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
The Professional Services team at AWS is responsible for assisting enterprise customers as they shift to the cloud by incorporating our services into their overall architecture.
We work hand-in-hand with customer teams and AWS partners to provide deep expertise in the architecture, design, development, and implementation of cloud computing initiatives that result in real business outcomes.
As part of our team, you'll accelerate the adoption of our products while advocating for the success of our customers.
