We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contracts negotiator to join our team!
Important: Please note the head office for our business is based in Cohuna (regional VIC), 1.5 hours away from Shepperton. We are happy to consider a hybrid work setting in which you may travel to Cohuna 2-3 days a fortnight. We will also consider applications who are looking to move to the area.

Contract Negotiation Contract Administration Risk Management and Compliance Stakeholder Communication and Advice Continuous Improvement and Best Practices Some travel may be required for the role to visit sites and meetings. It would be highly advantageous if you are familiar with manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. As a project-based business, this role involves negotiating and advising on multiple contracts simultaneously at a fast pace, with high attention to detail. The approximate range of contract values will be between $50k and $10 million.
Key Selection Criteria: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Contract Management, Legal Studies, or a related field. 5+ years in contract management within the manufacturing industry or a related field. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex contractual documents. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
