TRAINER ASSESSOR ROLES AVAILABLE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
WorkSafe Approved HSR
ICAM Lead Investigator
WorkSafe High-risk Assessors for Forklift and Over 11mtr boom lift
Height Safety
Confined Space and Gas Testing
First Aid, LVR/CPR
Emergency Response and Rope Access Trainers (including Confined Space Rescue, Tower Rescue and Breathing Apparatus)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
Hold the qualifications and/or units of competency in which you train and assess
Have industry currency in the subject matter in which you will be training and assessing
Hold TAE40116 or TAE40122 Cert IV in Training and Assessment
TAE trainer assessors must hold a higher level of adult education qualification e.g. Diploma level or above.
Ability to build rapport with your students and go that extra mile to assist them
Work well in a team environment
Able and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
Good time management
Accreditation with WorkSafe as an Assessor of High-Risk Work Licences (WP and/or LF)
A current HRWL with classes WP and/or LF
Support students to succeed in their course, whilst ensuring you maintain high standards of training and assessment
Accurately complete all training and assessment documents
Maintain vocational competency and skills in accordance with Pinnacle Safety and Training policies and procedures
