But if not, we will also consider candidates that are handy with good DIY skills and looking for a job that involves working with your hands. Although, please indicate this in your CV so we can establish your level of DIY abilities. You will also need previous team leading / supervisory experience. Providing you meet these criteria the company will provide additional training and support.

LOCATION: Deeside, North Wales
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm (30-minute lunch break)
KEY REQUIREMENTS: You will need previous team leadership / supervisory skills and be happy to work in a 'hands on' role on the tools when needed, which will also involve travelling to client sites and being the central point of contact to all other field teams, across all depots.
Candidates will also need a Full Drivers Licence. It is essential you have a full driver's licence. The company will provide a vehicle which is used for daily use but is left in the depot overnight. Any experience towing trailers would be highly desirable. Although, additional training will be provided.
JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Team Lead / Supervisor who has previous team leadership / supervisory experience and a background in either construction / skilled or semi-skilled trades, general maintenance or DIY (to a competent level).
Working as the Multi-Skilled Team Lead / Supervisor you will be the central point of contact for all field teams who will be constructing and de-constructing temporary modular structures on site.
As the Multi-Skilled Team Lead / Supervisor you will act as the brand ambassador when liaising with clients and represent your team at management meetings.
This role will be 'hands on' and you will be expected to go out on site to construct and de-construct temporary modular structures whilst also leading the different teams at sites spread across the UK.
DUTIES Your duties as the Multi-Skilled Team Lead / Supervisor include:
Act as an ambassador for the business and lead the Service Team by example. Ensure instructions, processes, and procedures are adhered to, to guarantee the smooth delivery of company products. Communicate to the team changes to products, services, process, and procedures as and when they are introduced. Ensure all works, including maintenance works, are carried out to a high standard. Manage the team to address any employee issues. Be a point of contact for the team in relation to day-to-day management. Point of contact and support for the Service Team with any product and fitting queries and questions, identifying any learning / training gaps. Point of contact for other business areas for service team communications. Work with management supporting the quarterly reviews for the Service Team. Have full overview of the fault report, investigating the service team errors, looking at ways to prevent, learn and introduce measures to mitigate preventable faults re-occurring. Review installs and maintenance jobs on the road to identify good performance and learning opportunities. Be the contact for the office in relation to customer complaints. Ensure the company fleet are looked after and kept clean. Construction, and decommission of modular products. Carry out general maintenance and repairs on product set whilst at the customer's property. Act as an ambassador for the business at all times when driving a company vehicle and wearing company uniform. Provide a first-class service to promote the business across social media and back to the insurance network. Stay away from home when necessary and weekend on-call duties. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Previous team leadership / supervisory experience is essential. Previous construction or skilled or semi-skilled trades or maintenance or fitter or installer or handyperson background is extremely desirable. Full UK driving licence is essential. Knowledge of tachograph rules and regulations (desirable but not essential). Physically fit. Flexibility to work away from home when required.
