Your New Role 6 month max term position As Payroll Analyst working within the Payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of fortnightly and monthly payroll services for Aware Super, including salary payments, salary sacrificing, employee terminations, redundancy calculations, and managing the payroll inbox.
How do you exceed our expectations? Minimum of 2 years' experience in Payroll Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and operations, specifically including ADP Understanding of payroll compliance, general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation Knowledge of Modern Awards and other state and industry legislation Experience with accounting software to account for payroll transactions (e.g. SAP, SUN etc.) including reconciliations and balance sheet substantiation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with complexity, and work through ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
