Responsibilities:Take on a range of tasks from basic to advanced.Assembly of control panels including wiring and testing requirements.Understanding drawings and schematics.Oversee and guide apprentices on selected jobs.Installation of control panels in an on-site environment, including testing and commissioning.Training clients on control panels as required.Designing and adding control systems to generators.Design small aspects of installation and wiring.Install and wire components in the generator.Qualifications & Preferred Experience:WA Drivers Licence.Experience in control panel/switchboard manufacturing.Experience in industrial installation work.Demonstrated ability to plan and organise tasks.Ability to work professionally and unsupervised.Ability to problem solve.Experience training and mentoring apprentices.Experience in power generation and switchboard.High Voltage Switching Operations.Experienced in installation, maintenance, fault finding, testing, commissioning and shutdown work.Computer literate, i.e.
proficient in Microsoft Office or previous experience with control system software.This job is location specific (not work from home).
