Role Description
The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to participants. This position requires a dynamic individual who can foster a positive learning environment, adapt training materials to varied audiences, and ensure that learning objectives are met. The Training Facilitator will play a key role in enhancing participants' skills and knowledge, thus contributing to the overall success of the company.
This role will include facilitating aviation safety management, investigation, auditor and other safety-related training courses throughout the Australia/Pacific region. As we have clients all over the region, the ability to travel is a must.
While the role is based in Burleigh Heads, QLD, we are willing to consider part-time, contract or other flexible options for the right candidate. Salary negotiable and commensurate to experience.
Desired Qualifications
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Operational experience in Training & Development within the aviation industry Strong ability in delivering effective and engaging training programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of aviation safety and quality standards Relevant certification or qualification in training or aviation safety Benefits
