This is an excellent opportunity to start a new career as a first responder within the Aviation industry. You will earn while you learn as the first 11 weeks of your employment will be conducted out of our training facility in Melbourne (Accommodation provided). You will then spend the next 4 weeks finishing your qualification at station.Upon completion of the training, you will then commence in your role on station. You can expect to be involved in:Provide critical first response rescue and first-aid services in emergency situationsOffer expert fire safety adviceEducate on firefighting techniquesTackle emergencies, from aircraft incidents to firesEmbrace both physical and mental challenges, with a roster system that ensures a healthy work-life balance.Ongoing training and developmentCertificationPUA20622 Certificate II in Public Safety (Fire Fighting and Emergency Operations)Awarded by our Registered Training Organisation (RTO 5168)Entry StandardsTo be considered for this role candidates must:Hold a current Australian Driver's licenseHold a minimum grade 10 high school certificateBe an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent residentWhat to expectOur recruitment process for Trainee is quite robust; all successful candidates will be required to complete each of the below recruitment stages:Physical aptitude assessmentReference checksMedical and Security clearancesTo Apply!
