The Role The Head of Training and Checking oversees operational pilot training and checking and requires prior Flying Operations management experience and demonstrated expertise in conducting Training and Checking activities on at least one of the following aircraft types: C402, C208, C441 or PC12.
Skills Required We are passionate about the safety of our team members and customers, and so we are looking for a high calibre Head of Training and Checking with an exceptional skill set. The successful candidate will require a blend of technical ability, safety knowledge and leadership capabilities to promote a culture of high flight training standards and safety across the organisation.
