This role will see you being responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of maintenance on Defence Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE).Your day-to-day role will see you joining a supportive team to:Act as a point of contact in conjunction with the ALSE Leading Hand for daily production matters for the Program Manager.Ensure that all maintenance conducted complies with Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR) and all Defence publications and procedures.Maintain and observe all Work, Health, Safety & Environmental requirements and report any breaches.Provide supervision, coaching and support to team members to ensure a high performing and engaged team.As our ideal candidate you will bring:Experience and suitable qualifications in Aviation Life Support Equipment.Previous experience of Supervision within the Aviation Industry.A keen attention to detail and adherence to strict safety standards.You will be provided with an opportunity to learn, develop your skills and grow within a Global Company based out of the Shoalhaven.Candidates will need to be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance, for which the prerequisite is Australian Citizenship.Looking for an Employer with Benefits?At QinetiQ, our competitive remuneration and benefits package supports your evolving needs throughout your career.
