Role Overview We are seeking a Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our team at Forest Grove Retirement Living, located in Durack, Queensland. As a Housekeeper / Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas of the village.
The Opportunity Forest Grove Retirement Living is the largest retirement living village in Queensland, with close to 700 residents. We have three part-time positions available:
Monday-Wednesday 8:30am-12:30pmMonday-Thursday 8:30am-12:30pmMonday-Thursday 6:00am-12:30pm (must be able to commence at 6:00am)What We Offer We offer a competitive salary of $25.86 per hour, plus relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime, and allowances. You will also receive superannuation, as well as discounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providers.
Your Responsibilities Delivering high-quality cleaning services within resident's apartments, units, and common areas, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and general housekeeping.Delivering thorough service to residents and fellow staff members by attending to resident requests and community emergencies.Enjoying building relationships and being a friendly face to residents.Providing assistance to residents and the community with general ad-hoc tasks.Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or laundry service roles. A current Police Check clearance and two COVID-19 vaccinations are also required.
