About the role: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Life Insurance team on a contract basis until 30th June 2025. Start immediate or January 2025.
This role has responsibility for developing and executing marketing campaigns focusing on lead generation and sales growth for our Life Insurance and advice distribution channel.
Focus of the role: Work with marketing and senior business stakeholders to plan, develop and execute integrated marketing plans. Deliver support toolkits to enable growth and education across all channels. Develop communication materials and assets for use across all channels. Work closely with our marketing team and agencies to optimise campaigns and events for a direct-to-consumer audience. Key accountability for the role includes: Implement go-to-market strategies and tactical execution plans to build market share. Build and manage the life insurance and advice channel. Manage marketing relationships with our product partners and distribution partners. Timely and seamless execution of sales and marketing activity. Proactively drive activity to support lead targets. Report on campaign effectiveness and recommend how to increase performance. Maintain the campaign and marketing activity calendar. Ensure all materials are up to date. Key skills and experience required: Marketing or Communications Degree. Campaign management or growth marketing experience. Proven campaign execution skills with the ability to drive lead generation campaigns. Experience within the life insurance, superannuation, advice or similar financial services industry (beneficial). #J-18808-Ljbffr
