About the role Our Lake Vermont Project, situated in Dysart, North Queensland is currently seeking Auxiliary MPU Fitters to join their Maintenance department.
As our next Auxiliary MPU Fitter, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor working a 7/7 even time roster, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.
To be successful in this role you are required to have: Trade Certificate in Diesel Fitting or relevant equivalentPost-trade experience working on highway truck equipment, having Volvo experience would be desirableExperience working on drill and blast equipment, MPU trucks, Stemming Trucks, Prill Augers would be an advantageExperience in General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Component Change Outs and Servicing of on highway equipmentCurrent Drivers Licence, and MR, HR would be beneficialCommitment to a positive safety cultureWhy work for Thiess Lake Vermont?
