LocationA city perched on the Burnett River and one that is proud to be one of the nation's most productive agricultural regions. This city is situated just shy of 400 kilometers from Brisbane and provides education, transport, health, and sporting facilities.
The RoleThis is an extremely important role within the Service Department, reporting to the Service Manager. It requires an initiative-taking, energetic, but patient individual. On the go constantly, the Service Advisor takes new service bookings, deals face-to-face with customers, establishes their needs, and offers additional services to protect their investment. Placing importance on customer service, the advisor will monitor the status of the repair, communicate with workshop staff and the customer throughout, and then complete relevant documentation.
