An exciting opportunity has become available at this rural, family-owned dealership for an experienced Automotive Technician and Workshop Controller. These 2 roles will have you joining an award-winning dealership with a great reputation in the area. This family-owned dealership has been in operation in the area for around 7 years, but the group has been around for decades. This site is located around 2 and a half hours southeast of Perth.
They have built modern facilities in the area to ensure customers have a great experience, whether they are browsing new vehicles or getting their cars serviced.
Available Roles Automotive Technician: Seeking a dedicated and hard-working Technician who has Australian dealership experience. A Technician who is fully qualified and has strong diagnostic abilities with modern vehicles.
Workshop Controller: Looking for an experienced Workshop Controller with experience leading a team to reach their full potential. You will need to be fully qualified for this role and have previous experience within a dealership, leading a team of Technicians. Responsibilities include assigning work, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality control.
Requirements To be considered for these roles, you must have:
Cert III in automotive (LV) Dealership experience Strong skills in vehicle diagnostics Leadership and training skills Willingness to assist junior staff and apprentices Take pride in the work you produce Full Australian working rights Compensation In return, you will be offered a negotiable remuneration package based on experience and current trends.
