Leading Hand - Component Rebuilds (Komatsu & CAT) AAMG are seeking a Leading Hand Fitter with extensive Mining Component Rebuild experience to supervise a small team.
10th December, 2024 AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Leading Hand Fitter with Component Rebuild experience for their new workshop located in Tingalpa.
The Role: The position of Leading Hand Fitter is responsible for supervising a small team of Fitters & TA's at their workshop in Tingalpa, Brisbane. Successful applicants will have extensive skills in rebuilding a range of mining components such as Wheel Motors & Final Drives for OEM brands such as Komatsu & CAT.

Team Player Commitment to safety Mechanical Aptitude Ownership of tasks Resilience Ability to follow written and verbal direction Diagnostic competence Ability to work without direction Previous Supervisory/Leadership experience Trade Requirements: To be considered for these roles, you will be required to have extensive Component Rebuild experience and/or the following trades:
