The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Autonomous Maintenance Technician/Specialist to carry out repairs and maintenance on Autonomous Haulage and Fleet Management systems at Pembroke Resource's new project in the Bowen Basin - Olive Downs Complex.
Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located 40 kilometres South-east of Moranbah which commenced mining operations in mid 2023.Thiess has recently been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full-service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (Autonomous), water management, and rehabilitation as well as the construction of the mine infrastructure.
About The Role Working a 7/7 dayshift/Nightshift roster and reporting to Superintendent Assets Autonomy, your duties will include:
Safely conducting maintenance activities on all mobile equipment fitted with Autonomous, Fleet Management and Tyre Sense systemsCarrying out a variety of autonomous technology installations, site repairs, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data collectionCollaborate and communicate with site and project teams and key internal and external stakeholders regarding the project's targets in areas of safety, environment, and productionCarry out statutory inspections and calibrationsAbout you Join our team and be part of a new workforce committed to a strong performance culture where every contribution is valued equally.
