We're at an exciting stage where we want to build and grow our installation business.
We're looking for someone who can come in and make it their own, growing alongside us as we expand.
The Role:As our Workshop Leading Hand, you'll be a vital part of our Installs team, helping to oversee the pre-assembly and installation of our products on vehicles.
Your expertise will be crucial in:
Managing the product build processEnsuring accurate measurements and top-quality assemblyMentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environmentOverseeing daily workshop operationsEnsuring products are ready for powder coating and installationManaging workflow and prioritising tasksAssisting in troubleshooting and problem-solvingWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate: $45-$55 per hour (equates to $90,000-$110,000 per annum)Monday to Friday work weekA fun, down-to-earth team that shares your passion for 4x4 and the outdoorsFree onsite parking in BayswaterGenerous staff discount on our productsEmployee referral programContinuous training and career growth opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For:Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology requiredExperience in vehicle accessory fitting or a similar fieldLeadership experience advantageousExcellent problem-solving abilitiesA valid manual driver's licenceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsCommitment to safety and quality standardsWhy Join Us?This is your chance to combine your technical skills with your love for the outdoors.
