Full time role for an experienced Workshop Controller or Service Manager to manage the daily operations of the region's leading award-winning light vehicle dealership.
Requires: Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar automotive industry role.Salary guide: $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Your normal day will involve: Leading a team of technicians to optimise productivity and profitability.Coordinating job allocation and scheduling to enhance workflow.Upholding high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.Conducting final inspections and quality control for service and repairs.Training and mentoring apprentices and ensuring compliance with safety standards.This role is for a Workshop Controller based in a busy, multi-franchised dealership environment. You'll be leading a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the workshop operates efficiently, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in coordinating day-to-day operations—managing workflow, allocating jobs based on expertise, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
