Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Coordinate and schedule work for technicians, ensuring timely completion of repairs and services.Monitor and maintain workshop equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, assisting with complex diagnostics and repairs.Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards and following manufacturer specifications.Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and labour hours.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, or similar role in the automotive industry.Strong technical knowledge of Renault and Suzuki vehicles would be beneficial.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Ability to manage and motivate a team of Technicians.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Relevant trade qualifications in automotive or related fields.Valid driver's license.
