The opportunityBurwood Nissan is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of Nissan vehicles at our workshop located in Burwood, VIC.Key responsibilities
Diagnose and repair faults in Nissan vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and your technical expertise
Carry out scheduled maintenance services and inspections to the highest standard
Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide clear explanations of required repairs
Maintain accurate records of all work completed
Ensure workshop tools and equipment are properly maintained
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Formal qualifications in Automotive Technology or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Nissan vehicles
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of faults
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
