We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to our ever-growing client base, which includes forklift and scissor lift hire and servicing.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Service/Automotive Technician to join our team, covering the Horsham region and surrounding areas (Nhill, Stawell, Ararat, and more). This role involves servicing and repairing forklifts and other equipment for a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality service and repairs for forklifts, scissor lifts, and other materials handling equipment.Travel to client sites across the Horsham district and surrounding areas.Work independently as well as collaborate with the service team.Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients.Keep accurate service records and reports.Requirements: Current driver's license.Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.Preferred: Forklift license, white card, elevated work platform license, and familiarity with business site inductions.Willingness to undergo further training to acquire necessary qualifications.Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.What We Offer: A service van, fuel card, complete uniform, and all necessary tools for the role.Competitive remuneration based on experience and qualifications.Full-time position (38 hours per week), with the possibility of overtime.A supportive work environment in a family-owned business.If you are a motivated and skilled technician, passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
