ABOUT THE ROLE This position works closely with the Dealer Principal on the strategic elements, with autonomy to run the day to day.
You will be responsible for ensuring all operations run smoothly; mentoring Service Advisors, being the data driven analyst across the department, quality standards, front-line customer service, OH&S guidelines, team KPIs and ensure all company policies and guidelines are adhered to.
This role will focus on growing productivity, profitability, innovation and efficiency, to drive the Service department to new heights, all whilst maintaining an exceptional reputation across the board.
YOUR JOB WILL BE TO: Stage your presence with the team, build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders and be a mentor to the service advisors.Lead, support and develop the capabilities of the Service team.Utilising company DMS proficiently and accurately.Supervise and manage all service department processes.Conduct employee meetings in order to understand their needs and to help them understand the areas of attention required by the business.Monitor and work towards achieving KPI's.Manage equipment maintenance and compliance.Ensure the highest level of service is provided.Day to day operation of the Service department.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR An experienced Automotive Dealership Aftersales / Service Manager / Service 2IC.A People Leader, we want you to lead by example and drive expectations across the departments.An experienced Manager who truly feels their 'place' is making change and their values are aligned to exceeding customer expectations.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Strong, clear and concise communicator.High level of attention to detail.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Concise and clear decision maker.An appetite for success.HOW TO APPLY Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
