Central Coast Motor Group is seeking an experienced Service Manager capable of leading our workshop and customer service team. We are looking for someone who can motivate and build strong relationships with their people to encourage a culture of high performance and teamwork. Due to internal staff movement, recruitment for this position is not targeted at one brand.

The position is located in the heart of Gosford on the NSW Central Coast. As a Service Manager, your key responsibility will be to drive the daily operations of the service department; from operating the department at full capacity, quality control of service work and delivering the ultimate customer experience. You will enjoy the flexibility to implement new processes to improve efficiency and performance within your department, with the support of our Fixed Operations Manager.
Selection CriteriaPrevious Automotive Service Management experience is essential.Previous experience with our brands is highly regarded however not essential.Building and maintaining our strong relationships with OEM.Capable of achieving targets and KPI's.High level interpersonal and leadership skills.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Knowledge of service operations and employee relations best practices.Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and manufacturer relationships.Effective written, numeracy and verbal skills.Knowledge of WHS regulations and implementation.Central Coast Motor Group is one of the largest automotive dealerships on the NSW Central Coast.
