As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for helping to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
Duties will include : Managing the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are always upheld.
Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing About you : Customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal Ability to work well within a small team.
