Automotive Service Advisor

Opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Illawarra Toyota.
You will be required to assist the Service Manager with the day to day operations of the service department in an efficient and professional manner.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:Face to face contact with customers as they drop off and pickup their vehiclesTake enquiries and make service appointmentsProduce repair orders and explain to customers costs and work carried out on their vehicles, update customers of time required and extra work needed as necessaryWork closely with the workshop controller to ensure service work is completed efficiently and in a timely mannerSkills and Experience:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience working with KPIs and understand the core processes of a service departmentAbility to work as part of team and be able to multi-taskKnowledge of motor vehicles and/or partsPossess a current drivers licence (must be able to drive a manual)What we offer:Competitive salary packageOngoing manufacturer training with opportunities for career development and progressionBe supported by a strong management teamBe part of a friendly teamIf you feel you have the above attributes and skills, please apply via Seek.
