Welcoming and assisting customers in our service department.Providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and updates.Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies.Collaborating with the Service Manager to oversee daily operations.Coordinating service appointments and meeting individual and team targets.Upselling vehicle requirements and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.Managing customer expectations and promptly addressing concerns.Utilizing innovative tools like Era Power DMS to streamline operations.Maintaining a polished image and professionalism at all times.Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
