Automotive Service Advisor

A Full-Time role within a respected local car dealership, based in Shepparton, Suitable for an Automotive Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate vehicle repairs for a reputable and community-focused dealership.
Requires : Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role in Australia with Volkswagen / Audi Technical experience.
Salary guide: $based on experience.
Location: Shepparton Your normal day will involve: Greeting customers, discussing vehicle issues, and providing service estimates.
Coordinating with technicians, ensuring timely updates to customers, and handling approvals for additional work.
Maintaining quality control and clear communication to uphold high service standards.
Reviewing completed jobs, addressing any issues, and preparing for the next day, all while ensuring customer satisfaction.
