We have a permanent full-time position available as a service advisor at a busy diesel mechanic business in Port Macquarie.
The workshop is a family-run business and strives for work-life balance.
Position Requirements:Experience in the mechanical industry with strong mechanical knowledge.5 days a week, hours are 7am - 4pm with overtime available if wanted but not necessary.Ability to problem solve.Able to interact with both customers and the workshop to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.Ability to use Microsoft Office.Ability to use workshop software (but not mandatory).Able to work in a team environment and by themselves where required.Key Responsibilities:Greeting customers in a friendly approachable manner.Providing accurate vehicle quotes and options alongside cost estimates.Preparing and accurately explaining invoices to customers.Interacting with the workshop and parts department to ensure jobs run smoothly.Communicating clearly with customers regarding their vehicle's status.Experience with workshop software - but not mandatory.In return we will offer you:A fun workplace with a small team.Workplace flexibility.The option to earn extra money with overtime and weekend work (not mandatory).Above the award hourly rate based on your skillset and industry experience.Assistance with relocation costs if living far.Ongoing support and training.Please email your resume to ****** or call Josh/Terry on 65811676.
