We are currently looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team in East Maitland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the automotive industry. Whether you're already a top performing Service Advisor, or you're looking to get off the tools into a more customer based role, we'd love to talk!
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
High standards of professionalism and personal presentationA current NSW Drivers LicenceExceptional communication and customer service skillsA good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairsConfident computer skills (particularly with dealer management systems)The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environmentClear communication skills (both written and verbal)Willingness to work in a team environmentYou'll be responsible for assisting our customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy - From the moment they step through the doors of our service department, to the moment they drive away. This will involve:
Answering phones and arranging bookingsQuotations, costing and invoice completionLiaising with Technicians to ensure customers are kept up to date on the progress of their vehicleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned business that is big enough to offer you career progression and promotion, but small enough to not treat you as just another number.
